Class B will be fiercely contested by the magnificent Evapco SA (Pty) Ltd Porsche 911 RSR driven by Andre van der Merwe as well as Nicky Dicks in his equally pretty Porsche 911 RSR. It will be a battle of the titans and a race we await with bated breath as these two competitors go toe to toe to see who will end up on the top step of the podium.
The Class C battle will resume from the super close and exciting racing we saw at Zwartkops at the previous round. Andre ten Napel in his TNMC Medical Devices VW Scirocco will look to keep his dominance over Stuart Konig in his Northern Bolt & Tool VW Scirocco while simultaneously holding off attacks from George Avvakoumedes in his Liqui Moly / Euro Shop Equipment Porsche 911.
Class D will see Jonathan Konig in his Northern Bolt & Tool VW Scirocco looking to extend his Championship lead over his fierce competitor Gavin Lundin in his The Lube Guys Datsun 1200 GX. These two always end up going door to door and we look forward to see the outcome of an inevitable, exciting race.
Class E continues to be the most hotly contested class in HRSA. This weekend we will see Grant Cramer in his Jensen’s Towing Datsun 1200 GX taking on Sean Hepburn in his AA Datsun 1200DL, Michael Lundin in his The Lube Guys Datsun 1200 GX, Nigel Townshend in his MK1 Ford Escort, Travis Jensen in his Hamilton’s Racing Datsun 1200 GX and Andre de Lange in his Opel Kadett. With all of these cars being so similar, it is guaranteed to be a highlight within the HRSA Racing category.
Class G will see overall Championship leader Mike Bishop in his Gasoline Denim Co. Renault Gordini looking to extend his championship lead over the rest of the HRSA field.
