The HRSA Membership registration is now open for the 2018 racing season.
We apologise for the delay in getting the system up and running but have been quite busy behind the scenes to update the whole system to make it as user-friendly as possible going forward. Please read this email carefully as it will contain the answers to most of the questions you may have for the registration process.
First, a few important things before you head over to the HRSA Membership renewal page:
Login to the website

The “Login” link also appears in the top menu on the right.
To login, you may use either your email address or HRSA Member Number (Members before 2017). Members that registered as HRSA Member in 2017 for the first time should use their email address for logging in to the website.
Forgot your password?

If you forgot your password, then please visit the above link and enter your email address and the system will send you an email containing a link to reset your password.
The “Forgot your password?” link also appears at the bottom of the Login page.
Registration

Registration is only for new members that have never registered with HRSA.
If you received this email, you are already a registered member and should not register as a new member.
After Logging in
Once you have logged in the system will automatically take you to the new user profile system.
Within your profile you have various sections within which you can update your information:
My Info, Address Info, Vehicle Info, Emergency Info and HRSA Membership.
To ensure a simpler and more fluent process to renew your HRSA Membership we suggest you first to complete all the information required in your member profile.
To update “My Info”
To the right of your profile pic is a gear/cog icon. Clicking on that will display the “Edit Profile” link in a drop-down menu.
To update “Address Info”
Click on the Address Info tab and scroll to the bottom where you will find the “Edit” button.
To update “Vehicle Info”
Click on the Vehicle Info tab and scroll to the bottom where you will find the “Edit” button.
To update “Emergency Info”
Click on the Emergency Info tab and scroll to the bottom where you will find the “Edit” button.
HRSA Membership 2018
Once all of this has been completed head over to the HRSA Membership tab to apply for your 2018 membership.

All the information you entered in the previous steps should now appear in your HRSA Membership application. Select from the Membership Options applicable to you.
Please note the applicable pricing as follow:
- Single Membership Renewal = R700
- First time Membership Registration = R150 + Single Membership (R700) = R850
- Dual Membership Renewal = R850
- First time Dual Membership Registration = R150 + Dual Membership (R850) = R1000
You only need submit this Membership application once. As soon as payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a letter confirming your HRSA Membership for 2018.
If at any stage any of your information change you may log in to the website and update your information through your Member Profile.

We are going to be doing something completely different for our HRSA Registration day for 2018.

We as HRSA committee have decided to hold a Drivers Seminar as part of the HTP sign off this year.
We would like Motorsport South Africa (MSA) and our partners to get involved in the club, in making our members aware of what our partners do behind the scenes of a race meeting and what we are signing for when we don the helmet.
As the EXCO of the club we would like to discuss the following;

This would be the agenda for the day. We will have two sessions on the day; one in the morning (09h00) and one again in the afternoon (14h00).
Our famous “Braai Masters” will be cooking a Boerie roll for lunch.
We at the HRSA are looking forward to this initiative between ourselves and our partners.
